Egg White Protein Oatmeal Delight
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup old fashioned oats, dry
- 1/3 cup egg whites
- 2/3 cup water
- dash of salt
- 62g nonfat greek yogurt
- 1/2 scoop clean simple eats Maple donut protein powder
- 90g Strawberries
- 17g Off Beat Butter (favorite flavor of choice is Caramel Pecan Cluster)
Directions
- Mix Together the Oats, Eggwhites, Water, Salt.
- Microwave for 1 1/2 - 2 1/2 minutes periodically taking it out mixing it, and checking if its done.
- Once it’s done cooking let cool for 1-2 minutes, then mix in the greek yogurt, and protein powder.
- Top with cut up strawberries and nut butter
- Enjoy
