Be Strong: Recipes
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs chicken breast - cooked
- 1.5 cup red grapes (sliced in quarters)
- 1.5 stalk celery - chopped
- 3 Tbsp green onions - sliced
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup light mayo
- 1/4 cup light sour cream
- 2 Tbsp chopped FRESH dill (do not omit this seriously makes it amazing!)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- Juice of 1 lemon
Directions
- Cut cooked chicken up into chunks or shred
- Combine the chicken, grapes, celery, green onions, and dill in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the greek yogurt, mayo, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing mixture over the chicken mixture and gently stir until everything is evenly coated.
