Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs chicken breast - cooked
  • 1.5 cup red grapes (sliced in quarters)
  • 1.5 stalk celery - chopped
  • 3 Tbsp green onions - sliced
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup light mayo
  • 1/4 cup light sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp chopped FRESH dill (do not omit this seriously makes it amazing!)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Directions

  1. Cut cooked chicken up into chunks or shred
  2. Combine the chicken, grapes, celery, green onions, and dill in a large bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the greek yogurt, mayo, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing mixture over the chicken mixture and gently stir until everything is evenly coated.
